Welcome to Soundsmiths! By purchasing or downloading our royalty-free sample packs, you agree to the following terms:

  1. License: All Soundsmiths samples and loops are sold as royalty-free. You can use them in personal or commercial music projects without additional fees or licensing.

  2. Restrictions:

    • You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose Soundsmiths’ content as standalone files or as part of another sample pack.
    • Soundsmiths content may not be used, in whole or in part, for training, testing, or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning models unless explicit written consent is provided by Soundsmiths.

  3. Ownership: Soundsmiths retains all intellectual property rights to the original content. Your purchase grants you a license to use the sounds, not ownership of the content.

  4. Payments: All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for digital products once they are downloaded.

  5. Liability: Soundsmiths is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
